Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
- Digital products or downloadable items
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us through our website within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll guide you through the process.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days, please first check with your bank or credit card provider. If you still have not received it, contact us through our website.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
